Had to take two lengths out to fit my wrist!! Love the looks but I have not dropped any weight! Seem my hands are a little less stressed and not so many cramps!

It's a very pretty piece but going to have to find a way to remove some links. Way too big to wear so unable to wear it right now. I would suggest a size option going forward.

I find it a little big but it's beautiful.Just wondering what is the thing that came with it,it's a little kind of bottle with what looks like small springs in it,but don't know what it's for.

I have ordered one a while back. It didn’t me tarnished, looks new, but I wanted a new one, they are not the same, but does the same thing. My first one is gold & silver. My new one is with hearts. I just got it today. So far I bc went from 263-205 in six months, just wearing my bracelet. Can’t wait to see how much more weight comes off. PS I eat anything I want & I bc am still losing weight. Arthritis pain is relieved also. Great product
